* I coordinated with multiple departments in the company to facilitate timely completion of projects, along with state and local agencies necessary to procure any and all permits. At the same time I would deal with client concerns and address these as needed, finding the most effective solution, thus keeping the relationships between company and client strong.

* Working with limited time frames, I was able to complete 90% of jobs ahead of schedule, thus increasing work flow and reducing costs.

* I gained limited experience assisting the Construction Finance team pricing out projects, and looking for ways to lower costs through better planning and techniques.
